Please be reassured in these difficult times that we are still here as and
when you need us, even though we cannot physically run workshops or
meet with individuals or groups.
Inevitably, we have had to pause our activities in the community just now,
but we are using this quiet time during lockdown to make films and plan
new adventures and projects to support community initiatives we have already been planning.
We are very mindful of the importance of positive mental health and we are devoting this section of our website to wellbeing activities, illustrated by photos we have gathered from clients. Why not head over to our video page for some Mindfulness reflections from one of our Directors, Jean Jarvis.

We are all in this together.
Take care and stay safe.
In response to an appeal from Ninewells Hospital in Dundee
and other hospitals across the UK, we have made multiple consignments of pairs of knitted hearts for Covid19 patients and families so that one heart can stay with the patient and the other
be sent to their loved ones as tokens of love and togetherness. #YouWillNeverWalkAlone.
Having developed connections with individual Care Homes in the spring of 2020, we want to support them in new ways over the next year.
So we are devising a new online arts project called Creative Connections to connect people in residential settings (and other individuals with health conditions), with artists and creative practitioners working in a range of mediums, through online workshops in photography, drawing, painting, sewing, crafts, reminiscence work and creative writing. We want to focus our work in Perth and Kinross, where we will also distribute arts materials to participants, but if our project delivers the wellbeing benefits we hope for, we would love to expand the project across Scotland.
